Viva la Ad offers services on a month to month basis with no long term contracts or commitments.

Clients may cancel monthly services at any time by sending a written request via email.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance prior to the next billing cycle.

If cancellation notice is not provided within this timeframe, the next billing cycle will be processed as scheduled.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times vary per project. Some website projects may start from 5 business days depending on scope and client responsiveness.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all required content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

Final designs are transferred to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
