REGARDING COVID-19

The United States Center of Disease Control (CDC) has been constantly updating the guidelines and measures being taken to combat and reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Viva la AD is a Digital Marketing agency located in Houston, TX which provides online services with a personal touch. We are accepting new client requests, current client development requests and virtual appearance requests. Through platforms such as Zoom, Hangouts, Skype for Video Conferencing or Google Drive, WeTransfer for large file transfers we are able to provide the high level of communication, quality and punctuality in our services. 

We are now accepting appointments for face-to-face meetings in the Houston area, taking proper social distance precautions, wearing masks and gloves, in order to protect our team members, clients and our community.

This is our best practice in doing our part to help reduce the spread of the virus.

We appreciate not only your understanding during these ever-evolving times but also your active participation in social distancing, remote working and virtual conference holding. Together, we will defeat this.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO START A PROJECT WITH VIVA LA AD?

* SENDING CONTENT

Website files: logo, text, images, company and contact information, list of services/products, requirements via email or Google Drive.

 

* PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

50% Initial payment needed for start the project.

 

* FIRST DRAFT

Designing the first draft for Graphic Design Products (logo, business cards, menus, flyers, etc) or if it’s a Website, the home page. If the result is expected, we can continue to the rest of the website with your instructions. In a case that you need revisions, you have up to 2 rounds of changes. After 2 rounds of changes or after a month without feedback for the designing, initial payment cannot be refunded.

 

* COMPLETING PROJECT

When the whole project is completed, the balance should be paid.

 

* TRANSFERRING

The files or the new website. In case it is a membership plan, Viva la AD is in charge of connecting domains and all the technical details.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MEMBERSHIPS AND SERVICES?

Memberships are solutions offered by Viva la AD, with combinations of Digital Marketing services according to the requirements of each business. The Service is continuous, payments are monthly and the member gets everything they need for their online marketing on the same platform for a single monthly payment to the same company.

 

The services are independently acquired solutions, for example, clients who only need the website design, SEO, a logo design, or help to configure Facebook Ads, among others, or several of these. The projects last as long as the execution requires, payments are in advance and final delivery, and do not require monthly payment.
